Requirements
Review of Holy Trinity Bylaws and ensure Compliance with CYO Bylaws
Review and Establish Procedures and help Develop Organizational Strategies at HolyTrinity that align with CYO’s Mission
Identify potential risks or opportunities throughout our sports offerings at Holy Trinity
Provide leadership: including evaluating Athletics Board, Coaches, and Volunteers, reviewing any formal complaints, planning and ensuring program compliance with CYO Bylaws
Monitor compliance: Monitoring compliance of all volunteer coaches and ensuring that all coaching certifications, re-certifications, and VIRTUS trainings have been completed and are up to date and reporting violations to the Athletic Director
Manage forms and reports: Completing required site applications for CYO, Sanctioned Event Applications, and ensuring all required CYO participation forms are on file annually
Educating on rules: Providing updates to any CYO rules, future education around changes, and monitoring/reviewing internal compliance systems
Managing new Volunteers Onboarding: Managing the compliance orientation for new volunteers
About Holy Trinity Athletics
We are truly blessed to have wonderful CYO programs at Holy Trinity for our students and families and the volunteers that guide our CYO sports programs at Holy Trinity. These volunteers have helped to grow our programs, and while our program grows, our Board is also looking for additional volunteers. These positions ensure that we continue to be able to offer our students and families the opportunity to grow their faith through athletics. Currently we have an open board position for our Holy Trinity Compliance Director we are looking to fill immediately.
